By buying or using a product from Tim Burmaster ("we"), you agree to these terms. Please read them along with our Medical Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
Your access and license
When you buy the program, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. Your access is for you. Please do not share, forward, resell, or publicly post the program, your access links, or the PDF. Doing so may result in your access being revoked.
Intellectual property
The program, its content, design, and files are owned by Tim Burmaster and are protected by copyright. You may keep and print your own copy for personal use only.
Digital products and refunds
Our products are digital. Guides, workout plans, PDFs, templates, and other immediately delivered digital products are final sale once purchased and delivered.
Personalized products, including the Lean Fat Loss Plan and Personalized Training System, are created specifically for you based on the information you provide and are final sale once your personalized plan has been generated.
Please review our Refund Policy for complete details. We may issue refunds at our discretion in exceptional circumstances, and nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
No guarantee of results
Our products provide educational information related to fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle. Your results depend on many factors, including your effort, consistency, starting point, and individual circumstances. We do not promise specific results.
Health and safety
Exercise carries risk. You are responsible for training safely and within your ability. Please read the Medical Disclaimer before you begin.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tim Burmaster will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the program means you accept the current version.
