Digital Product Refunds

Our refund policy depends on the type of digital product you purchased:

Guides, plans, and downloads (food guides, workout plans, PDFs, and templates): all sales are final due to the digital nature of the product and immediate access to the materials.

Personalized products (the Lean Fat Loss Plan, Personalized Training System, and similar products): because these are created specifically for you, all sales are final once your personalized plan has been generated.

Problems with your order

All sales are final once the conditions above apply, but we want you to receive what you paid for. If you were charged more than once, were charged incorrectly, or have trouble accessing your purchase, email us at hello@timburmaster.com and we'll make it right.

We may also issue refunds at our discretion in exceptional circumstances. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
